For online assessments, integrity of the assessment session is generally a major concern for customers, especially now, with easy availability of LLMs and specific tools built on top of it that focus on getting an advantage during online assessments. This team builds generic platform solutions that can be integrated into any HackerRank products.About the roleAs a Sr. Engineering Manager within the Integrity team, you will lead the technical vision and execution for our integrity solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring customers have high trust in assessments conducted on HackerRank. You will also partner with the different product teams in HackerRank to ensure that the integrity solutions are properly integrated into each of the products. You will drive the team's roadmap, mentor engineers, and foster a high-performing environment focused on delivering scalable and resilient integrity solutions.What you'll do

Drive the vision for integrity solutions in HackerRank
Architect the system in a way that can handle scale of over 100k concurrent users
Execute the product plans and manage delivery commitments
Mentor the engineers in the team and help them deliver to the best of their abilities
Set clear career paths for your team members and help every individual pursue their growth path
Work very closely with the product team to develop and curate the product roadmap
Own and drive the tech roadmap. Manage the day to day activities of the team within the scrum framework

What you bring

3+ years of engineering management, including hands-on technical management
Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
8+ years of experience in designing enterprise systems, building highly-available, scalable, fault-tolerant, secure, distributed systems
Self driven, initiative taker with good communication skills, ability to hire, lead and mentor technical teams, meet deadlines, manage stakeholder expectations
Demonstrated experience of occasionally going in front of customers to explain the product and answering any technical queries
Technical expertise in NodeJS, Ruby, React, Lambda, micro-services, Authentication, Authorization etc.
