We're seeking very urgently highly experienced and dynamic Plant Head to lead our manufacturing operations at our Bhiwadi, Rajasthan facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, quality assurance, compliance, and overall plant management for IVD products such as Rapid Cards, ELISA, Serology, Widal, and FIA. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic vision, technical expertise, and extensive experience in IVD manufacturing and management.Key Responsibilities:Plant Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring that production goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met efficiently and effectively.Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership and direction for the plant team, developing and executing plant objectives, operational strategies, and long-term business goalsProduction Oversight: Ensure the smooth and efficient production of IVD products such as Rapid Cards, ELISA, Serology, Widal, and FIA, medical devices adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 standardsTeam Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of department heads and production staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountabilityRegulatory Compliance: Ensure all production processes comply with regulatory guidelines, particularly CDSCO, ISO 13485, and other industry standards relevant to IVD manufacturing.Quality Assurance & Control: Ensure the plant consistently produces high-quality products by collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams. Maintain robust quality systems and participate in audits, inspections, and compliance checks.Process Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize production processes, improve operational efficiencies, reduce waste, and ensure cost-effective manufacturing.Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and management of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Ensure optimal inventory levels and timely availability of materials for productionBudget & Cost Management: Develop and manage the plants annual budget, ensuring operational costs are within budgetary limits. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure the plant complies with all safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
