Position: Plant Head – ForgingRole Overview:We are looking for a transformational Plant Head to lead our forging operations, drive operational excellence, and manage expansion projects (brownfield & greenfield). The role demands strong technical expertise in forging and proven leadership in TPM/TQM and TEI.Key ResponsibilitiesLead plant operations ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and cost efficiency.Manage brownfield & greenfield expansion projects.Drive improvements in hot forging, cold forging, ring rolling, and part formers.Lead new product development (NPD) and production improvement initiatives.Implement TPM / TQM practices specific to forge shops.Build and mentor high-performance teams, fostering TEI culture.RequirementsB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Industrial Engineering.Expertise in forging technologies, NPD, and process improvement.Strong leadership and change management skills.
