Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.- Engage with enterprise customers to understand their IT requirements and propose relevant solutions.- Drive sales for hardware and software solutions (e.g., O365, servers, routers, switches, laptops, firewalls).- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs such as Microsoft, Adobe, HP, Dell, Cisco, etc.- Schedule and conduct business meetings with customers across Delhi NCR as required.- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations.- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM tools.Desired Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT products & solutions).- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to generate leads through cold calling and convert them into opportunities.- Familiarity with enterprise IT products (software & hardware) and OEM ecosystems (Microsoft, Adobe, HP, Dell, Cisco, etc.).- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
