Role OverviewThe Closing Manager is responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed buyers by managing client interactions, negotiations, and final deal execution. This role focuses purely on closing sales, ensuring a seamless purchase experience, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with qualified leads provided by presales or sourcing teams.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospects.
  • Handle objections confidently and guide clients toward purchase decisions.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and booking terms.
  • Close deals and ensure timely booking confirmations.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for documentation.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow reporting processes.
  • Build strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
