We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultants to generate leads, manage the complete sales lifecycle, and support the deployment of cargo vehicles (3W & 4W) for last- and mid-mile deliveries. The role involves working with customers to provide vehicle solutions on tenures ranging from 1 to 5 years under a subscription model.Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the last/mid-mile delivery segment.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring deployment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their logistics needs.
  • Present our service offerings and clearly communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and deployment of vehicles.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, fleet leasing, or automotive sector.
  • Strong networking and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently under a success-fee model.
  • Familiarity with last/mid-mile delivery operations is a plus.
