- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the last/mid-mile delivery segment.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring deployment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their logistics needs.
- Present our service offerings and clearly communicate value propositions to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and deployment of vehicles.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, fleet leasing, or automotive sector.
- Strong networking and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently under a success-fee model.
- Familiarity with last/mid-mile delivery operations is a plus.
- Success-fee based model with attractive incentives for conversions and deployments.
