2) Prior exposure on Innovation and core development in color cosmetics.
3) Vendor Development (Domestic and International)

5) Internal and External Stakeholder Management
6) Good in spoken and written Communication skills.
7) In depth technical knowledge of Primary Packaging used in Color Cosmetics
8) Understanding on Various Printing and Decoration Techniques used in Primary and Secondary Packaging.
9) Negotiation Skills
10) Willing to Travel across country for Vendor Visits/ Trials
11) Prior experience of Packaging material Procurement and Sourcing.
12) Prior exposure of working with International packaging vendors.
