- Assist in the project manager/delivery manager in admin tasks.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project reports are documented.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leads.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, and other documentation.
- Support the team in implementing the best practices.
- Assist in resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
