JobType: full-timeRequirements:We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager - Pharma to join our organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in pharmaceutical product management, lifecycle strategy, and market expansion. This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to design and execute strategies that ensure the success of pharmaceutical products in highly competitive markets.As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product planning, brand building, market penetration, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment between medical, marketing, regulatory, and sales functions to deliver sustainable business results.Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Product Management
  • Develop and implement long-term product strategies for assigned pharma brands.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead product lifecycle management from launch through maturity, ensuring market relevance.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
  • Brand Development & Marketing
  • Design and execute brand positioning and marketing campaigns tailored to healthcare professionals, institutions, and patients.
  • Collaborate with medical affairs and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare impactful promotional material, product literature, and digital campaigns.
  • Build strategies to strengthen brand recall, market penetration, and revenue share.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with sales, medical, clinical, R&D, and regulatory teams to align product objectives.
  • Provide sales teams with training, tools, and resources to support effective product promotion.
  • Liaise with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure product availability and quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global/regional product initiatives.
  • Market Expansion & Business Development
  • Identify new therapeutic areas, geographies, and market opportunities for product expansion.
  • Support business development teams with product insights during licensing or partnership discussions.
  • Drive strategies to penetrate institutional and government business channels.
  • Leadership & People Management
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and product review meetings.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Utilize data analytics, market intelligence, and forecasting tools to guide decision-making.
  • Monitor ROI of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on product performance, competitive movements, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Experience: 11+ years in pharma product management, with a proven track record of handling complex product portfolios.
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management.
  • Strong understanding of pharma markets, therapeutic segments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, branding, and market access strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a highly regulated, dynamic environment.
