• User-Centered Design Thinking: Applies design thinking and user research insights to craft intuitive, engaging interfaces to be able to empathize with users.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms; brings motion design or basic interaction design knowledge as a bonus.

• Collaboration & Communication: Works closely with cross-functional teams including content, UX, and development; communicates design rationale clearly and iterates quickly based on feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in visual design, Graphic Design, or a related field. 4-7 years of professional experience as a visual designer or in a similar role.
• Motion graphics and video editing experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, along with Figma and Canva. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual design work, particularly related to marketing or adoption materials.
