About Arkahub: We are an early-stage startup building a consumer brand for residential solar. Our goal is to make buying rooftop solar as simple and desirable as buying a home appliance-and move away from the complex industry jargon seen today.Role Overview: We're looking for a Visual Designer who can bring ideas to life through thoughtful, high-quality visuals. You'll shape how the brand looks and feels across platforms, creating designs that are clear, consistent, and visually engaging.You'll work closely with content, marketing, and creative teams to design everything from digital assets and social content to campaign creatives and brand materials. If you have a strong eye for detail, care deeply about aesthetics, and enjoy turning concepts into polished visuals, this role is for you.What you'll do:- You have a great understanding of design patterns, colour theory, typography, illustrations, and iconography with relentless attention to detail and consistency.- You can work on branding projects, marketing campaigns, and social media video collaterals. You have a strong grasp of visualising.- Ability to generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.- You evolve visual identity across product, marketing, and business channels.- You collaborate with creative strategists, brand managers and other team members to build and maintain visual brand excellence for various design needs to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and customer experience.- You're comfortable experimenting with formats: 3D visuals, AI-assisted artwork, mockups, or meme-styled assets.What you'll bring:- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, campaign work, social media creatives, and brand storytelling- 3-4 years of graphic design experience (preferably in consumer durables, energy, tech or e-commerce)- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects (or equivalent tools)- Doesn't shy away from using Canva Pro for social and other digital assets - Working knowledge and curiosity for AI-based design tools and new creative tech.- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy- Ability to create thumb-stopping assets for ads and reels- Comfortable with fast-paced work environments and tight timelines- Understanding of platform formats (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Website) (ref:updazz.com)
