As a Visual Designer Senior Advisor, you will be responsible to produce high-quality design artefacts that can be referenced upon by varied stakeholders, striking a balance between user requirements against business goals. You will see through the design life cycle from user research, wire framing, interaction design, to prototyping and visual design.You will:

Create pixel-perfect UI designs, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes that elevate the user experience while adhering to Dell’s brand guidelines, typography, and color palettes
Partner closely with interaction designers, product managers, and software engineers to translate wireframes, user flows, and technical requirements into intuitive and visually compelling product interfaces
Maintain, advocate for, and help evolve Dell's internal design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all digital platforms and devices
Participate in design critiques and iteratively refine visual assets based on user research, usability testing results, and stakeholder feedback to deliver user-centric design solutions

Must provide an Online Portfolio for reference
8 to 12 years of experience in design patterns, from user research to lo-fidelity and hi-fidelity mock-ups
Experience crafting design systems and style guides
Strong communication skills to articulate design solutions and requirements across varied stakeholders

Desirable Requirements

Experience working with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma Make
