• Sustain HR Operational Excellence by excelling in the sub-functional areas pertaining to Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Probation & Confirmation, Talent retention, BGV
• Administer HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Execution of HR process to ensure audit ready 365 days a year
• Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters
• A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
• Provide support for implementation of technology enabled solutions and systems in the respective business units
• Prepares various HR dashboards with 100% reliance on data like attrition dashboard and analytics, etc.
• Prepare HR presentations for various events/meetings through out the year(ASIA HR Dashboard, AMT meetings, etc.)
• Experienced in drafting HR Policies with forward thinking and market practice alignment
• Issue appointment letters to all the new joiners

• Owner of end to end off roll employee management
• Responsible for hiring off roll employees
• Responsible for their full life cycle with the organization including engagement, performance appraisal process, exit management, etc.
