- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations in the region ensuring alignment with corporate policies, statutory norms, and operational excellence.
- Oversee timely and accurate execution of payroll inputs, benefits administration, employee reimbursements, and HR documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in maintaining employee records and HRIS data.
- Supervise regular audits of data and collaborate with IT/HR Tech teams for system enhancements and data migration projects.
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on employee lifecycle metrics—attrition trends, payroll trends, joining/exit patterns, leave utilization, and compliance adherence.
- Design and publish periodic dashboards and reports to support decision-making for regional and corporate HR leadership.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and statutory requirements across all HR operations.
- Lead preparation and response for internal and external audits, ensuring zero non-compliances.
- Lead the full and final settlement process with due diligence, ensuring compliance with policies and timelines.
- Coordinate inter-departmentally (IT, Finance, Admin) for smooth clearance and exit documentation.
- Oversee a responsive employee query management process and drive continuous improvement in employee satisfaction related to HR operations.
- Monitor SLA adherence and reduce escalation rate through data-backed service audits.
- Identify opportunities for digitization and automation within HR operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology-based solutions and process re-engineering initiatives.
- Provide strategic support to Regional Head – HR by generating actionable insights from HR operational data.
- Engage with leadership to co-develop region-specific people operations strategies.
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Personnel Management (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) from a recognized university or institution.
- Additional certifications in HR operations, HR analytics, or HRMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday) are preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in HR operations, preferably in a multi-location or regional setup.
- Proven experience in managing HRIS systems, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle operations, and full & final settlements.
- Hands-on experience in HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and driving compliance and audit readiness.
- Strong exposure to labor law compliance, documentation standards, and process automation in HR.
