This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. As part of a rapidly growing and innovative company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies and processes. A successful candidate will be expected to drive employee engagement, manage performance, and align HR functions with business goals.Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong expertise in employee relations with the ability to maintain a positive work environment and mediate conflicts effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management and developing strategies to improve employee productivity.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration.
  • Proficient in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset to address HR challenges creatively and efficiently.
  • Proven leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop HR team members, ensuring high performance and engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy of NoBroker.
  • Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end to attract, select, and retain high-quality and diverse talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance across the organization.
  • Enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices and procedures.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support to achieve company goals.
  • Lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including hiring, training, and overseeing employee benefits programs.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to ensure competitive market positioning, attracting and retaining top talent.
