Qualification - B.E/B.Tech - ElectricalJob Description1. Operation and maintenance of 3 MVA Gas Turbine Generator.
2. Operation and maintenance of 650 KVA DG set.
3. Operation and Maintenance of 6.6KV HT Switchgear.
4. Operation and maintenance of PMCC, MCC, MLDB.
5. Testing of Substation equipment like CT, PT, Transformer, Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB), Relays, Multi-Function Meters etc with testing team.
6. Operation and Maintenance of 10 KW solar on grid system.
7. Maintain Daily log sheet, Man power, Daily and Monthly reading in shift duty.
8. Thermography of plant MCC, PMCC and Local DB.
9. 2.5 MVA Transformer operation and maintenance.
10. Responsible for trouble shooting & maintaining electrical switch gears, Vacuum Circuit breakers, Starters, Motors, industrial wiring, Power & control panel wiring (PCC, MCC, MLDB panels) etc.
11. Preventive Maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment specially HT/LT Motors, Transformers, HT/LT Switchgears (6.6kV, 415V) and Relay Protection.
12. Preparing the procedure and schedule for PM of Electrical Equipment’s.
13. Material Management & Plant Maintenance in SAP.
