The company is set to manufacture and produce excellent prime quality Import Substitute Orthopedic Implants with keen focus on superior service and customer based design and technical solutions.Position: Electrical Maintenance EngineerLocation: Rohisa, Tal. : , Dist: Kheda.Gujarat(INDIA)Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ( Monday to Saturday)Salary: 35,000 to 45,000/MonthJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical systems in our machine shop. This includes CNC/VMC machines, industrial chillers, and HVAC units. The primary goal is to maximize machine uptime, ensure safety compliance, and perform both preventive and breakdown maintenance to optimize production efficiency.Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Machine Shop & CNC/VMC Maintenance (60%)
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on CNC machines, VMC machines, and HMCs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot Fanuc and Siemens control panels, PLC programming, VFDs, and Servo drives.
  • Diagnose and repair sensor-related alarms, electrical circuits, and wiring within CNC/VMC machines.
  • Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems related to CNC machines.
2. Facility & Utility Maintenance (HVAC & Chillers) (30%)
  • Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and repair of industrial chillers, compressors, and AHUs (Air Handling Units).
  • Ensure smooth operation of all HVAC systems and electrical infrastructure for plant facility management.
  • Monitor and maintain HT/LT panels, breakers, and transformers within the plant.
3. General Electrical & Safety Management (10%)
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (ISO50001, OHSAS) and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment condition in a CMMS or logbook.
  • Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency within the plant.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.
Experience: 4-8 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within a CNC/VMC machine shop or automotive industry.Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens 840D control systems.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting (Siemens TIA Portal), VFD programming, and industrial automation.
  • Hands-on experience with chiller and HVAC maintenance.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to read and understand electrical/mechanical drawings and diagrams.
