Position: Territory Sales Manager Job Location: Kochi Exp: Min 5 to 6 Yrs. Area Coverage : Kochi, Thrissur & Kottayam Product Segment : Cardiology (Interventional cardiology accessories, Cathlab etc.) Job Responsibilities To drive the sales strategy through Customer/KOL Management, Product Management, Business Strategy for Key Accounts and Driving Implementation of Sales Plan. The position will report directly to the Business Manager and be responsible for: Customer relationship management: Relationship with purchase managers of all the leading hospitals in the region. Good relationships with the Intervention Cardiologists in the region. Technical Support: To handle Cathlab and Xomed lasers case support and lead extraction. Marketing initiatives in the region: Involved in the collection of market information through on market share of company's products versus competition in the assigned territories. Serious drive for the results. Serious growth of the area in the previous organization. Good communication skills. Skills/ Qualifications A proven track record of 5-6years of experience, preferably from the Cardiovascular segment. B.Pharma/ Science graduate/ any equivalent qualification with an MBA Good to have. Recent Experience In The Medical Device Industry Is Preferred. Strong communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills. Analytical and creative mind.
