Key Responsibilities
- The Sales manager should be equipped with product knowledge & meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Driving incremental revenue through successful sales activities
- Plan, organize, direct, and control your sales staff to meet these objectives within a time frame.
- Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices.
- Interact with Clinical specialists, Purchase, and biomedical personnel at hospitals to generate leads to convert to orders
- Educate Medical Staff on the benefits of medical devices.
- Visits within defined territory.
- Maintain detail records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to identify emerging trends and customer requirements.
- Masters/Bachelor degree in Optometry/Biomedical/Electronics/Pharmacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be sales-driven and target-oriented.
- 8-12 years of relevant exp in medical devices/healthcare industry.
