The candidate must have deep expertise in hospital sales, ICU/ICCU setups, and Super Speciality therapy areas, with a proven leadership track record in managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute business strategies for zonal growth aligned with national goals.- Set and track regional targets, budgets, and KPIs.- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities. Sales & Market Development- Drive sales performance across all regions within the zone.- Ensure growth in critical care therapies, hospital-based products, and specialty segments.- Build and nurture relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), hospital administrators, and procurement heads. Team Management & Leadership- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RBMs, ABMs, and front-line sales managers.- Conduct periodic reviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions.- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and compliance.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement- Manage business relations with major hospitals, ICUs, and institutional clients.- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely redressal of escalations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain) to deliver customer value. Compliance & Reporting- Ensure all zonal operations adhere to internal compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards.- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, forecasts, and strategic updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy (MBA preferred)- Proven leadership in Critical Care / Hospital Sales for Super Speciality divisions- Strong knowledge of Western India healthcare market and customer base- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills- High adaptability and problem-solving ability under pressureMust-Have Skills:- Business Management (2+ Years)- Leadership & Team Handling (5+ Years)- Strategic Planning & Execution- Sales Forecasting & Budget Management - Hospital/ICU Therapy Area Knowledge (ref:updazz.com)
