- Lead and manage zonal sales operations across Maharashtra
- Drive growth in Oncology/Urology/Haematology and Hospital-based therapies.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities across the zone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and medical affairs.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with significant exposure to Oncology/Urology/Haematology or Hospital Sales.
- Proven track record of handling multiple states or zones.
- Strong leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively across assigned territories.
