As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of evolving cloud management solutions. You'll have the unique opportunity to:
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for NCM Self-Service, with a strong focus on creating an integrated cloud management experience for both traditional and modern applications.
Engage directly with customers to gather critical feedback and translate it into prioritized requirements that guide product development.
Collaborate cross-functionally to document product feature requirements and ensure clear messaging and enablement strategies for partners and field teams.
Establish yourself as an expert in Cloud Automation, Cloud Native technologies, with exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Take ownership of the Self-service and Automation charter within NCM, focusing on increasing feature adoption and developing a strategic growth plan for the next 2-3 years.

What You Will Bring

4+ years of product management experience with a strong technical background in engineering (an MBA is a plus).
Proficiency in Cloud Native technologies, Kubernetes, and Modern Applications.
Expertise in Cloud automation enterprise datacenter products, virtualization, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Modern Applications.
Expertise in next-generation cloud automation platforms.
Demonstrated success in defining and launching outstanding enterprise products.
Ability to translate technology features into business benefits
Demonstrated ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions
Attention to detail in executing complex projects with cross-functional dependencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to large audiences
Proven ability to influence geographically distributed teams and deliver on commitments.
Strong team skills and experience to bring together diverse views
Flexibility to work with timezones and teams located around the world
