- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and deliver quality talent within timelines.
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Manage and mentor a recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Implement recruitment analytics and dashboards to track performance (TAT, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation packages within company frameworks.
- Stay updated with industry trends, talent availability, and market benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and hiring guidelines.
- MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven expertise in sourcing mid to senior-level talent across multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in employer branding and talent market mapping is a plus.
