● Facilitate bulk/junior recruitment according to business needs
● Collaborate with internal teams to identify hiring requirements
● Ensure effective onboarding and orientation processes2) Employee Engagement & Culture● Design and implement team bonding activities (games, events, celebrations)
● Organize festivals, special days, and company-wide events
● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment3) Learning & Development● Arrange training sessions and skills enhancement programs
● Coordinate sessions with external speakers, workshops, and knowledge sharing initiatives
● Promote employee development and performance improvement efforts4) HR Operations & Compliance● Oversee payroll management, including Provident Fund, compliance with regulations, and documentation
● Maintain employee files and HR-related documents
● Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures5) Communication & Employee Relations● Serve as a link between employees and management
● Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly
● Maintain effective internal communication among teamsCandidate ProfileExperience● Over 3 years of HR experience (preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented company)
● Background in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
● Previous experience with payroll management and statutory compliance (e.g., PF)QualificationBachelor's / MBA in HR or a related field (preferred)Key Strengths● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
