Your responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end travel assistance for corporate clients—including flights, hotels, and ancillary servicesResolving booking-related issues with airlines, hotel partners, and suppliersMaintaining high satisfaction levels across calls, emails, and chat supportProactively identifying and resolving issues before they escalateNavigating GDS platforms to process or modify bookings efficientlyWorking cross-functionally with sales, operations, and tech teams to improve serviceContributing feedback and ideas to enhance WegoPro’s customer support playbookWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Haves2+ years of experience in travel operations or customer support (B2B or corporate travel preferred)Hands-on experience with GDS platforms: Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo (mandatory)Strong English communication skills—both verbal and writtenExperience supporting customers across phone, email, and chatA proven record of going the extra mile to deliver delightful serviceNice-to-HaveBackground in a corporate travel agency or tech-enabled travel companyFamiliarity with CRM and ticketing tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or SalesforceLocation RequirementThis is a work-from-office role based in our Mumbai office (Dadar).
