Eram Talent is currently seeking a Quality Manager for one of our esteemed clients in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a prominent organization committed to delivering superior products and services while maintaining exceptional quality standards.As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all internal and external quality requirements are met. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the quality management system across various departments. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a solid background in quality management to make a meaningful impact in a well-respected company.Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality management policies, procedures, and standards
Oversee the quality assurance process for products and services to ensure compliance with organizational standards
Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
Analyze quality metrics and prepare detailed reports for management
Facilitate training and awareness programs on quality management principles across the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards
Manage the quality assurance team and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
Proven experience in conducting audits and assessments
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred)
Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus
Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred
