We are looking for a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager - Sales to drive sales, manage client relationships, and support business growth at our residential project.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build strong client relationships and provide tailored support
Generate, qualify, and convert leads
Maintain thorough knowledge of the project offerings
Conduct site visits and deliver project presentations
Manage negotiations, agreements, and handovers
Collect and utilize customer feedback to enhance service
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Proven track record in sales and negotiation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 2-5 years in sales (preferably in real estate or related industries)
