- Develops and implements the annual Sales plans clearly outlining top-lines, bottom-lines, market share and cost objectives
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and enhance customer loyalty.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Ensures that Nitco offers the right value proposition to its consumers and that it remains firmly focused and competitive on products, prices, distribution, promotion, people and pace of its operations.
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Achieves assigned sales target in designated strategic accounts.
- Ensures that NITCO products get the desired reach and penetration across all relevant key accounts across the country with high degree of visibility with key architects
- Discuss and finalize the product portfolio and pricing strategy with President – Sales & Marketing
- Drive the quarterly/ monthly strategic planning process with the team
- Assess market requirements
- Discuss and validate assumptions and business plans (sales forecast and budgets) prepared by the Regional managers
- Ensure the business plans are in line with the Top Management expectations/ plans and planned budgets
- Manage Customer Relationship
- Ensure maintenance of database of key customers
- Manage service levels for key customers as per defined SOP’s
- Maintains high customer satisfaction
- Ensure through control on the credit and the outstanding. Keeps control over the Credit Period by keeping track of the Ageing Analysis
