Purpose of Job:Ensuring the Company products are promoted in the international markets, thereby leading to increased enquiries, sales and customer satisfaction.Principal Accountabilities:
  • Overlooking the entire responsibilities of the International Business Team.
  • Generation Leads for the Business.
  • Approaching the customer as per the laid process and generating the inquiry.
  • Promoting the company’s products to the Customer / client.
  • Negotiating with the Customer and selling the product.
  • Closing the order with the Customer.
  • Order processing.
  • Taking care of the logistics for the products.
  • MIS.
  • Ensuring the collection happens with the respective customer.
  • Checking the actual delivery of the material at Customer place.
  • Planning the Client Visit / Region visit / Country visit.
  • Planning the Exhibitions for the products.
  • Customer Complaints redressal.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • 18 – 20 years working in International Business.
  • Worked abroad in similar counties.
  • Knowledge about the pulse of doing business in these countries.
Skills Required for the Job:
  • Knowledge of Foreign Trade.
  • Communication Skills with international Clients.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Research and development, knowledge about entering different markets.
