- Division : Cooling (A Part of Industrial Product Business)- Job Title: Export Sales Engineer- Department: Sales- Qualification: B.E Mechanical/Chemical- Location: Chennai- Years of Experience: 4 to 6 - Reporting To: Export Sales Manager.Job Description:- Understanding the customers cooling needs- Creation of opportunities by positioning right product, based on those needs.- Replication of existing cooling applications in various industries- Submission of Techno- Commercial offer for providing the solution to Clients' cooling or heating requirements by positioning of Thermax cooling products- Should handle customer objections.- Should work with channel associates (indirect sale)- Managing internal customers-teaming with all the departments- Closure of the opportunity by sale transaction with win results to client and Thermax- Overall responsible for the sales target in terms of turn-over and no. of products in the region. Critical Competencies for the Job:- Sales domain Knowledge- Responsive & Good Behaviour Skills, Good In communication- Understanding Contracts- Learning ability- Good in Follow Up and moving the lead towards its closure.- Good Team Member and ability to work with cross functional team.- Willingness to Travel in respective geographies.
