What you will doIndia is a key growth market for Johnson Controls as we embark on our enterprise strategy to make buildings smarter, healthier, and more sustainable. We have more than 9000 employees in India, including Manufacturing, R&D center, Chanel business, and Direct field business.In this position, it is imperative that you assume the role of a Field Business learning partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HRBP, Commercial, Service, and Installation to tailor learning interventions to enhance business performance. This will be accomplished by providing learning solutions that are in sync with the business strategy.Being a vital component of the One Learning Team in Corporate Human Resources, this position will also require alignment between the regional Learning Business Partner and the global Learning Partner to ensure the best possible match for India talent and growth initiatives.How you will do itEffectively identify training needs through organizational analysis, process, and performer level analysis. Stay in tune to the needs of the business by engaging with HRBP’s and Business Leaders across the business through a regular cadence. Document findings, develop actionable recommendations to address performance gaps and propose appropriate learning solutions.Design and develop blended learning solutions including classroom training, online training, skill assessments, and learning tools, applying the principles of adult learning. Analyzes and selects the most appropriate strategy, methodology, and technology to maximize learning experience and impact.Facilitate training especially in the area of commercial selling, managerial and leadership skills via classroom, webinar, and video conference.Manage training logistics including calendars & class registrations via Learning Management System. Prepare classroom facilities and training materials for training sessions.Continually measure, evaluate, and increase the effectiveness of your learning through consistent deployment and review of the enterprise Metrics that Matter survey methods. Make recommendations for improvements.Curate self-paced learning pathways for the Learning Hub that support the leadership development needs of our customers.What we look for:Enterprise Mindset: Has a holistic perspective and drives aligned action for the good of the enterprise.
