- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process - sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design and deliver impactful induction & onboarding programs.
- Conduct employee connects, engagement initiatives, and feedback sessions.
- Handle exit interviews and manage smooth offboarding.
- Manage disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with labor laws.
- Lead HR projects and support organizational development initiatives.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as HR Generalist/HRBP (Insurance preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
