HR Business Partner - Insurance - 1-2 Year - Immediate Joiners - PuneLocation - Pune, Maharashtra (Work from Office)An exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to work with a leading Insurance company. This role involves end-to-end HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, and driving HR initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.Your Future Employer -

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process - sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Design and deliver impactful induction & onboarding programs.
Conduct employee connects, engagement initiatives, and feedback sessions.
Handle exit interviews and manage smooth offboarding.
Manage disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with labor laws.
Lead HR projects and support organizational development initiatives.

Requirements -

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience as HR Generalist/HRBP (Insurance preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
