Job Description:Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Field Service Business Analyst who can engage with business stakeholders, analyze requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions for field service operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Field Service while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to field service operations (work order management, resource scheduling, dispatching, inventory, asset management, customer engagement).Design functional solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Field Service out-of-the-box features, mobile applications, and customizations when required.Configure and customize Field Service modules including:Scheduling and resource managementCustomer assets and service tasksPreventive maintenanceIoT integrationsMobile capabilitiesCollaborate with technical teams to define and oversee integrations with ERP systems, CRM, IoT platforms, or third-party applications.Create functional documentation (solution design documents, configuration workbooks, user stories).Support data migration and mapping activities for customer assets, service history, and inventory.Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Deliver end-user and administrator training for field technicians, dispatchers, and back-office staff.Provide go-live and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption and issue resolution.Advise clients on best practices, new features, and roadmap planning to maximize ROI from Field Service investments.Stay current with Microsoft Field Service releases, new functionalities, and industry trends.Must-to-Have SkillsProven experience implementing Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.Strong functional knowledge of field service processes (work orders, scheduling, dispatching, asset management, preventive maintenance).Hands-on configuration and customization of Field Service modules.Experience in writing functional documentation and user stories.Exposure to data migration activities related to service management.Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis skills.Experience with end-user training, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Good-to-Have SkillsExperience with IoT integrations in Field Service scenarios.Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).Exposure to ERP system integrations (Finance & Operations, SAP, or others).Understanding of Azure services (IoT Hub, Service Bus, Logic Apps).Familiarity with industry-specific field service requirements (manufacturing, utilities, telecom, healthcare, etc.).Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Field Service or related modules.Awareness of emerging trends in field service automation (AI, predictive maintenance, AR/VR for technicians).Skills:D365 Field Service Solutions,Business Requirements,Functional SolutioningAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
