Job Description:Broker ManagementExecute the annual plan for the assigned geography through the assigned broker by way of acquiring new business or servicing existing business.Collaborate with the broker to understand the need of the client and suggesting solution that is profitable as well as of the highest benefit to the brokers client.Provide feedback to help customize reward plans or schemes that help drive business from a broker.Coordinate and liaison for implementation of brokers meet or similar platforms to closely engage with brokers and keep them interested in what the organization has to offer.Internal OperationActively involved in the leg work right from receipt of RFQ to providing the best quote to the broker.Ensure invoicing, inwarding, policy issuance, dispatch are done as per agreed timelines.Co-ordinate for implementation of the rewards plan or scheme as well as ensure timely and correct brokerage payout.Actively involved in the leg work for best representation of a deal to the underwriters for the best quoteResolve service issues in the best possible manner in coordination with cross functional team/s.Portfolio ManagementBroker wise portfolio analysis to present segment growth/degrowth, profitable opportunities and risk levels.Monitor and provide periodical MIS on market share at brokers, LOB mix, growth, etc.Implement annual plan on effective portfolio allocation at each broker to drive profitabilityDepartment:WestSkills Required:Internal operations, Portfolio Management, Broker ManagementRole:2Years Of Exp:4 to 6 YearsEducation/Qualification:Graduation/PGDesignation:Relationship Manager Corporate Business - Broking
