Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture and 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.

5 years of experience in people management. * 3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code.Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical fields.
Experience supporting and engaging with external customers and experience working with engineers outside your organization.
Experience in Building for Android.
Experience working with developers/developer communities.
Understanding of Games App ecosystem or Payments ecosystem.

Lead a team of Technical Solution Consultants (TSCs) that provide Play top developers escalation support, consultation for projects and Work with developers to drive adoption of high quality Play features.
Establish the TSC team as an expert in the Developer facing products and APIs, and identify opportunities for Google and developers to create better products for users.
Work with external developers, generate developer insights, create written guidance, write example code, author blog posts, design APIs, propose product changes, influence engineering plans, discover developer stories, and inspire developers.
Develop an understanding of Google Play’s products/solutions and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for developer reported issues, building tools for faster diagnosis.
Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, partnership, customer organizations to resolve technical integration obstacles.
