- Liaise directly with agents and clients to validate, review, and notify on corporate action events, ensuring data accuracy and timely information flow.
- Provide support and training to offshore vendor teams (Eclerx) as needed.
- Perform reconciliation of Corporate Actions and Coupons, requiring diligence, accuracy, and coordination with other teams to resolve complex and high-value issues.
- Monitor and report key risks, working closely with line managers to prioritize and identify potential loss-making breaks.
- Communicate with external agents and internal business units to handle ad hoc requests from various stakeholders (e.g., Client Service Groups, Private Wealth Management, Financial Controllers).
- Propose process and control enhancements, collaborate with IT for implementation, and participate in system testing to improve coverage and service.
- Maintain high attention to detail and time management in a high-volume, high-risk environment with strict deadlines.
- Utilize analytical/reconciliation skills, with proficiency in web-based applications and third-party information providers (e.g., Xcitek, Bloomberg, SWIFT).
- Display strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and willingness to work additional hours to meet deadlines.
