Job Description:Designation: Recruiter-Temporary StaffingQualification: MBA GraduateLocation: MumbaiExperience: 3 to 5 yearsSalary Range: 3.6 LPA - 4.8 LPA + Variable (Closure Bonus)Fixed Salary- After the Probation PeriodRoles & Responsibilities:Handling temporary/contractual hiring requirements across multiple clients.Creating, publishing, and maintaining job postings for short-term/contract roles.Reviewing, sourcing, and screening resumes based on client-specific needs.Conducting preliminary interviews and assessing candidates for temporary assignments.Submitting shortlisted candidate profiles to clients within agreed timelines.Coordinating with clients to ensure quick turnaround on urgent/temp positions.Managing candidate onboarding and documentation for temporary staff.Required Skill Set:A minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree.Prior experience in recruiting candidates with commerce backgrounds, including CA, accountants, CS, CMA, etc., is essential.Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.The ability to meet assigned targets is also expected.Must have laptop with strong Wi-Fi connection.
