Job DescriptionJob Title: Manager - Sales (Professional Services & Manpower Solutions)Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai.Experience required: Minimum 5-8 yearsDesignation: Sales ManagerReports to: Vice President - SalesBudget:Industry Preference: IT Services, System Integration, BFSI-focused solution providers (Infosys, TCS, Coforge, Quess, TeamLease, etc.)Job Overview: We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and account management activities for Professional Services, with a strong focus on manpower solutions (IT & non-IT staffing, contractual deployment, project-based resourcing) and solution-based selling (Digital, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.). The role will be based out of Mumbai and will focus on expanding business in key verticals including BFSI, IT/ITES, and Consulting.Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across Mumbai and western India.- Engage CXOs, Procurement Heads, HR leaders for manpower services and professional resourcing deals.- Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients for repeat and up-sell opportunities. Sales Strategy & Funnel Development- Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closure including proposal, pricing, and contract negotiation.- Build and manage a strong funnel of - 10-20 Cr+ opportunities.- Map client accounts for cross-sell (AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation) and manpower opportunities. Manpower Solution Selling- Understand client needs for contractual staffing, project-based resourcing, and managed services.- Propose suitable staffing models - fixed-term, deployable bench, or outcome-based.- Liaise with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Proposal & Commercial Ownership- Prepare customized proposals, RFQs/RFP responses, and pricing models for large staffing and IT projects.- Maintain margin control while offering competitive commercial structures. Market Intelligence- Monitor competitor moves and industry trends in staffing and services.- Provide feedback to the leadership for pricing, offering enhancement, and delivery modelsQualifications:- Graduate with MBA/PGDM preferred in Marketing. - 5-8 years of experience in sales of professional services/manpower/staffing solutions. - Strong network in BFSI, IT/ITES, and enterprise segments across India. - Demonstrated experience in closing large staffing/outsourcing deals. - Understanding of contractual compliances, labor laws, and onboarding lifecycle. - Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho), and proposal drafting.Preferred Companies for Talent Fit: - Infosys, TCS iON, Coforge, Quess, TeamLease, Randstad, Adecco, NTT DATA, Tech Mahindra, LTI, HCL, ManpowerGroup.Compensation: - Best in industry - Fixed + Attractive Incentives + Travel Reimbursements (ref:updazz.com)
