Job Description:Designation: Account Manager-Temporary StaffingQualification: MBA GraduateLocation: MumbaiExperience: 5 to 10 yearsSalary Range: 5.4 LPA - 6.6 LPA + Variable (Closure Bonus)Fixed Salary- After the Probation PeriodRoles & Responsibilities:Understand client manpower needs, create hiring strategies, and ensure timely fulfillment.Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary/contractual positions across multiple clients.Oversee job postings, sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination.Conduct regular client meetings/reviews to build strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.Lead and mentor the recruitment team to deliver on targets.Collaborate with payroll/HR teams for contract staff salary processing and issue resolution.Required Skill Set:Prior experience in recruiting candidates with commerce backgrounds, including CA, accountants, CS, CMA, etc., is essential.Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.The ability to meet assigned targets is also expected.
