- Responsible to Plan and execute cost effective Production as per Market demand.
- Responsible for monitoring day-to-day production entry in SAP System.
- Effective utilisation of resources like Man, Machine, Method, Measurement, Material for efficient operation.
- Leading the Process Improvement Projects to eliminate various types of Process waste
- As a production shift In-charge accountable to comply with all applicable legal regulations
- Responsible to comply with all HSE requirement at the time of Capital asset execution
- Comply all requirement of GPCB, Agriculture, Factory Act and RC Responsible Care
- Ensure quick response for any urgent market demand
- Define production strategy to enhance departmental efficiency in long term
- Explore and introduce latest technology to enhance product/process efficiency and quality
- Design and implement Continuous Improvement program at Site i.e. 5S, analytical methods etc.
- Responsible for define annual training program, Teams Goals and monitor team members performance.
- Good presentation and soft skills.
- Knowledge of IMS system essential.
- Good communication skill.
