- Partnering with Akamai's Sales Enablement teams to develop and deliver training in sales systems and processes
- Leading multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from inception through to launch and beyond
- Developing success metrics and implementing measurement processes to illustrate the impact of a transformation program
- Providing assessments and analytics in the development of sales territories and deployment of Account Executives
- Facilitating the development of the go-to-market organizational structure and associated sales framework to maximize productivity
- Partnering with Akamai's Tools & Reporting teams to implement and leverage sales enabling platforms/tools
- Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Be able to adapt processes to fit the needs and styles of diverse stakeholders and project
- Be skilled at managing dependencies across teams and functions
- Have background in Sales Operations and supporting Sales organizations as a strategic business partner
- Be passionate about partnering closely with senior sales leadership
- Have the ability to affect organizational changes in building scalable and repeatable processes
