The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and lifecycle of our data products. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, product management skills, and strategic thinking to ensure our data-driven offerings deliver maximum value to internal stakeholders and customers. You will serve as the bridge between engineering, data science, business, and end-users to build products that harness the power of data for actionable insights, automation, and innovation.Requirements:Key Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmapping & Strategy:
Define and own the product roadmap for data products, aligning business objectives with customer needs and technical feasibility. Partner with leadership to set priorities, measure progress, and adjust strategies based on evolving business goals. * Product Lifecycle Management:Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle-from ideation, requirements gathering, and development to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Ensure products meet quality standards and deliver measurable business value. * Data Product Development:Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and data science teams to build scalable data platforms, pipelines, APIs, and dashboards. Ensure data products are designed with usability, scalability, and security in mind. * Stakeholder Management:Act as the voice of the customer by understanding business needs and translating them into product features and technical requirements. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption. * Cross-Functional Collaboration:Facilitate effective communication between engineering, business units, and data science teams. Lead product discussions, prioritize backlogs, and remove roadblocks to ensure timely delivery. * Metrics & Performance:Define success criteria and track KPIs for data products. Continuously monitor performance and user engagement, leveraging insights to optimize features and functionality. * Innovation & Best Practices:Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management, analytics, and AI/ML to shape the future of data products within the organization.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience (5-9 years) in product management, with a focus on data products such as data platforms, APIs, data pipelines, or analytics solutions.
  • Strong expertise in product roadmapping and managing product lifecycle in agile environments.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data concepts into intuitive product features and customer value.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of data management concepts such as data modeling, data quality, governance, and data security.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and measure success metrics for data products.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), data visualization tools, and agile product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.
