- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
- Manage and support a team of sales executives or dealership partners.
- Provide training and guidance to improve sales team performance.
- Coordinate with dealers to ensure effective product positioning and sales support.
- Work closely with internal departments like marketing, finance, and service teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit terms.

- 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in construction equipment or heavy machinery.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and grow dealer networks and direct sales channels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
