Work Flexibility: HybridWhat you will do:Established expertise in executing Cyber Security projects like web application, embedded & IOT securityShould have exposure in working with stakeholders (Business, Leadership, PO) across different geographies.Develop project pipeline in partnership with divisional/functional stakeholders.Create, monitor, and control project plans including scope, schedule / Burn downs / Task Lists / Resource management & risk assessmentsExperience in Project management tools and techniques. (E.g. MS Office, JIRA, Estimation techniques, Confluence, MS Visio/Draw.IO etc.).Prepare/Review Security Assessment Reports to support test activities. Understand and explain the assessment report to higher management with impact on business and compliance statusDrive closure for project scope/objective, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.Well verse with agile approaches like Scrum & Kanban & have proven experience in running scrum ceremonies like Daily stand up, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective and Sprint planning.What you need:RequiredBachelor’s in Software/Electronics Engineering or equivalent degree.7-12 years of total experienceKnowledge on Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing concepts.PreferredPMP preferred.At least one professional certification like CEH, ECSA, ISO/IEC 27001 LA.Knowledge of methods, tools and techniques for estimation, risk analysis, data interpretation, root cause analysisStrong knowledge of software engineering lifecycle and PLM processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Travel Percentage: 10%
