- Lead sales operations across the South region, covering key states like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala.
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing region-specific strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of Territory Managers and Area Sales Managers, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Handle end-to-end sales processes, including product and service sales, in line with company objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, distributors, hospitals, and pharmacy chains.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management.
- 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the South Indian pharma market, distribution channels, and customer base.
- Experience in handling both product and service-oriented sales is essential.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the South region.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
