If youve handled campaigns, analyzed performance, and are excited to work in a fast-paced agencythis is for you.Your Skills Should Include:

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (even if through internships or freelance projects)
Strong analytical & reporting skills
Basic understanding of audience targeting, ad creatives & performance metrics
Willingness to learn Google Ads (bonus point if you know it already)

What You'll Do:

Plan, execute & optimize Meta campaigns
Work closely with our creative & strategy team
Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements
Learn fast and take ownership of campaigns

Preferred:

Female candidates
Prior agency or D2C brand experience
Comfortable working from our Surat office
