Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives.Key responsibilities:Edit high-quality video content to deliver polished, engaging final outputs that align with brand standards and project objectives.Design and produce sophisticated 2D motion graphics that enhance storytelling and create visually dynamic, platform-ready content.Apply a strong understanding of color science and workflows, including SLog, CLog, DLOG, ARRI, and HLG to Rec.709 conversions. Utilize tools such as Lumetri Color, Cinematch, and DaVinci Resolve to ensure visual consistency and superior image quality.Leverage strong graphic design fundamentals to create visually compelling assets for video and motion projects. Confidently interpret and extend existing brand style guides to evolve creative concepts for motion applications.Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphicsResearch and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphicsExecute video and motion design projects using industry-standard tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.Work with the business teams across functions, from app campaigns, social media to product videos for YouTube, both long form and short formPartner closely with the Creative Head, Brand Head, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall creative vision and brand strategy.Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in video editing and motion design, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every project.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Ability to translate creative concepts into clear, visually compelling video narratives while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines.Required skills and expertise:Minimum 8+ years of proven experience working with major agencies and/or brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated motion graphics and video editing work​Exceptional skills in multi-camera editing, color correction, audio mastering, and graphic design. A solid and demonstrable understanding of animation principles is not must, but good to havePrepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project​High competency in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, Cinema 4D will be a plus​Advanced technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with experience using digital asset management systems.
