- Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute effective outbound email and cold-calling campaigns to engage with prospects and initiate discussions.
- Qualification: Assess and evaluate leads based on their needs, budget, and fit with our IT recruitment services.
- Building Relationships: Maintain regular communication with leads to build and nurture relationships, and provide ongoing assistance and support.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads for our sales team to further the sales process.
- CRM Management: Accurately record and update lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform lead generation strategies.
- Prior experience in lead generation, preferably within the IT or Recruitment Services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
