- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT staffing, managed services, and IT consulting markets.
- Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, decision-makers, and industry trends.
- Qualify leads through structured conversations and convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and introductions for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect data.
- Collaborate with business development managers to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Assist in creating sales collateral, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Track, analyse, and report on lead generation metrics and effectiveness.
- 3–6 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in IT staffing / IT services industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT staffing, resource augmentation, and managed services sales.
- Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and similar tools.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate high-quality leads and meet monthly targets consistently.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Exposure to US/Europe/ME IT staffing markets.
- Prior experience working with RPO, VMS/MSP accounts, or enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of Boolean search & sourcing techniques.
