We are looking for a MuleSoft Technology Lead to drive enterprise-grade integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role involves solution design, development, and leadership across integration projects with exposure to global systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design & architecture of complex integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and AWS API GatewayDefine long-term integration strategy aligned with business goalsEstablish coding standards, best practices, and enforce development methodologiesCreate source-to-target mapping design specifications and integration flow diagramsConduct code reviews ensuring quality, performance, and maintainabilityTroubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in APIs/integration flowsCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsEnsure compatibility of integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDE), Salesforce, E-commerce, and other enterprise applicationsEvaluate emerging integration tools/technologies and recommend adoptionGuide teams with proof-of-concepts, pilot implementations, and knowledge sharingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field10+ years of enterprise integration experience with 4+ years in MuleSoft (Mule 4 preferred)MuleSoft certifications (Developer/Architect) preferredStrong expertise in API design, integration architecture & MuleSoft Anypoint PlatformHands-on with at least one programming language (Java, .NET, or C#)Experience with CI/CD practices and code management platformsProven experience leading teams and managing large-scale integration projectsWhy JoinGlobal exposure with cutting-edge integration projectsRelocation assistance for outstation candidatesCareer growth in a dynamic and innovative environmentCompetitive compensation & benefits
